He was born in Praia, Santiago, Cabo Verde son of Antonio Da Veiga and Norbartina Lopes dos Santos. Manuel was a auto mechanic by trade. He leaves a cousin Auriza Sena of Amherst, Mass and various cousins in the Brockton area.
Following Cremation Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
