Rev. Raymond G. Helmick, SJ, of Boston College, in Weston on April 21, 2016. Internationally well known for conflict resolutions. Beloved son of the late Raymond G. and Alice Cecilia (Clancy) Helmick. Dear brother of Rev. Monsignor William M. Helmick, Pastor of St. Theresa’s Church, West Roxbury and Marie Barry of Peabody. Uncle of Raymond M. Barry of Tewksbury and Anne Marie Gill of Moss Bluff, LA. Father is also survived by his many Jesuit Brothers. Reposing at Campion Center, 319 Concord Rd. Weston. Visiting hours Monday April 25 from 3-5 pm with a prayer service at 4:30 pm. Concelebrated Funeral Mass in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit, Campion Center on Tuesday April 26 at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment will follow in the Jesuit Cemetery at Campion Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jesuit Community, Campion Center 319 Concord Rd. Weston, MA. 02493 to support its ministry of care for elderly and infirm Jesuits. At some later date a Memorial Mass for Father Helmick will be celebrated at St. Theresa of Avila Church, West Roxbury. | ||||
