Jane M. (Walsh) Lovell, age 77 of Bridgewater, formerly of Brockton and Norton, died Friday, April 15, 2016 at Bridgewater Nursing Home. Born in Brockton, daughter of the late James J. and Ella (Oman) Walsh, she was raised and educated in East Bridgewater. She worked in various Brockton schools in the cafeteria, and St. Joseph Manor where she enjoyed working in the kitchen. She also enjoyed being outdoors, whether gardening or camping, traveling, dancing, arts and crafts and her pets.
Jane is survived by her children, Sharon Fenn and her husband Norman of West Bridgewater and Charles “ Chuck” Lovell, Jr. and his wife Lucie of Bridgewater; five grandchildren Ryan Fenn and his wife Michelle, Holly Fenn, and Justin, Benjamin and Jamie Lovell; and great grandson Andrew Fenn. She was the sister of Suzanne Cote of Middleboro, John Walsh of Raynham, Betty-Ann Leate of Middleboro, and the late Milton Walsh, Harold Walsh and Barbara Spencer, and former wife of Charles A. Lovell, Sr. of Brockton.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Wednesday, April 27, 4-7pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home Thursday, April 28, at 11am. Burial will be held in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton, at a later date.
