Patricia R. Pfingston (Cussen) age 69 of Canton passed away April 10th at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. Born and raised in Dorchester she graduated from St. Patrick’s High School in Roxbury and Boston School of Business Education. She was a devoted homemaker and mother and has lived in Canton for the last 37 years and previously lived in Randolph. She was an active member of St. John the Evangelist Church in Canton where she was previously the director of Religious Education. Beloved wife of William J. Mother of Brian Pfingston and his wife Amy of Norwood, Jeffrey Pfingston and his wife Ginger of Canton, Julianne Young and her husband James of Canton and Timothy Pfingston and his fiancé Heather of Stoughton. Sister of Peggy LaBollita and her husband Frank of Canton, Ann Higgins and her husband Gerard of Walpole and James Cussen and his wife Joan of Franklin and the late Alice and Ron Rumplick. Also survived by 10 grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Wednesday 4-8 pm. Funeral mass at St. John the Evangelist Church Canton Thursday at 12 noon. Burial Canton Corner Cemetery.
