Brenda Tollison Tilley, age 64, died Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Grenada Living Center in Grenada, MS. She was born November 17, 1951 in Pine Bluff, AR to the late George and Lucille Bridges Tollison.

Brenda was a faithful and active member of the Assembly of God Church of Water Valley, MS where she served in any capacity where she could minister to others. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and her dogs; playing video games, and sewing.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 11, 2016 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, MS. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks with Bro. Keith Burney, Bro. Jim Moore, and Bro. James McElroy officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley, MS with Rev. Josh Brown, Carey Tackett, Chris Tilley, Robert Patrick, Brett Franklin and James Perkins serving as pallbearers.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Bro. Dean Tilley of Water Valley, MS; her daughters, Deana Jarrell of Fulton, MS and Stephanie (Lee) Hoop of Grenada, MS; her step-sister, Tanya Blevins of Paragould, AR; two brothers, Jeff (Tawana) Tollison and Gary Tollison, all of Jonesboro, AR; a step-brother, Greg Schug of Paragould, AR; her step-mother, Lavonda Tollison of Jonesboro, AR; and six grandchildren, Ashley Wallace, Sarah Jarrell, Marissa Wallace, Andrew Wallace, Lydia Jarrell and John Gabriel Jarrell.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Rebecca Lynn Jarrell.
