Dorothea E. Adams (McCloskey) age 93 of Easton, formerly of Sharon passed away March 18th at the Brockton Hospital. Born in Boston, she was raised in Dorchester and graduated from Jeremiah E. Burke High School. In her younger years she worked in the maintenance department of State Street Bank in Boston before retiring to raise her family. She was an avid reader and a social butterfly that loved to spend time with her family. Beloved wife for 44 years of the late George W. Mother of Carol Bosader of Easton, Betty Callahan of Norwood, John Adams of Canton, Dorothea Austin of Attleboro, Vincent Adams of Easton and Timothy Adams of R.I. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral mass at the Immaculate Conception Church Stoughton Monday March 28th at 10:30 am. Per Dot’s request, please wear casual colorful dress. Burial Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
