Passed away peacefully February 20, 2016. Preceded in death by father Stanley; mother Violet; sister Mary Anne; brother-in-law Don. Survived by daughter Tania (Tom) Mulvaney; granddaughter Taylor (Luke Leko); grandsons Tommy & Travis; siblings Adrian (Mary), Jerry (Jan), Joyce Karnowski, Judy (Arnie) Rudenick, Dianne (Jim) Broughton, Karen (Dave) Van Heel, Stanley Jr., Doreen (Greg) Mackedanz, Chuck; brother-in-law Herb Haselkamp; many nieces, nephews, relatives & friends, including best friends Scott Schneider & Don Heinn. Member of Maplewood Moose Lodge 963 & life member of VFW Post 1112. Dennis enjoyed spending time with family & friends, cooking riblets & listening to polka music. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday (3/1) 11:00 AM at PRESENTATION OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1725 Kennard St., Maplewood. Private interment MN State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls, MN. Visitation Monday 4-7 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, & one hour prior to Mass at church.
