Rod passed away peacefully at his home on February 22, 2016. During his final days he was surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by parents, Raymond & Lorraine; brothers, Greg, Tom, Daniel. Survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Colleen; proud father of William (Christina), Debra, Cara Brookins, Brian, Brett (Jessica); adored grandpa of Ashley, Shanell, Brandt, Marie, Aidan, Devon, Samantha, James, Wyatt, Maddie, & Eloise; brother of Janet (Dick) Okoneski, & Debra; beloved brother in law of Debra Peterson, Patrick & Maureen Lynch, and Mark &Michele Soderquist; father in law of Tami Johnson; many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday (February 27, 2016) 10:30 AM at CHURCH OF ST. PATRICK, 3535 – 72ND ST. E., Inver Grove Heights. Interment St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Visitation Friday from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the CHURCH and one hour prior to the Mass on Saturday.
