Michael J. Bollin, age 46, of Fall River, passed away after fighting a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Susan Sanford. Born in Fall River, he was the son of Michael D. and Jeanne (Thibault) Bollin. Michael was a volunteer for the Red Cross and FEMA. He was a former member of the Fall River Elks Lodge. He was also an ordained minister.
Along with his wife and parents Michael leaves behind his son Kyle James Bollin of Fall River; sister Christine A. Bollin of Fall River as well as his niece and nephews Nicholas Bollin, Grace Sanford and Jason Smith.
His funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Saturday here at 9 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial St. Bernard Church at 10 A.M.
