FEDERICO, Joseph Of Dedham, February 9, 2016. Beloved husband of Lydia C. (Susi) Federico. Devoted father of Rosemary F. Morteo and her husband Alessandro of Westwood and Joseph Federico Jr. and his wife Judith of Westwood. Grandfather of Nicholas Morteo and his wife Julia of Southboro, Michael Morteo of South Boston, Alessandra Morteo of Washington D.C., Joseph A. Federico of Dedham, Marc A. Federico of Dedham, and Paul A. Federico of Westwood. Brother of the late Frank Federico and his surviving wife Mary of Walpole. Brother-in-law of Joseph Susi and his wife Elia of Milton, the late Mario S. Susi and his wife Natalie of Milton and the late Raymond P. Susi of Milton. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Born on July 27, 1931 in Pettorano Sul Gizio, Italy, he immigrated to America in 1948 and resided in Dedham for 52 years. He was a founding member of the Frank Frederick Construction Company of Dedham for 31 years and a partner of Fed Corp. in Dedham for over 30 years. He was a member the Utility Contractors Association for over 50 years, the International Watch Fob Association, Bay State Antique Auto, and the Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association.

Funeral from the P.E. Murray-F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre St., WEST ROXBURY, Saturday, Feb. 13 at 10:00am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary Church, Dedham at 11:00am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours at the funeral home, Friday, Feb. 12 from 3:00-8:00pm. Interment in Milton Cemetery.
