Bobbie Jean Simpson, 72, died, Friday, February 5, 2016 at her residence.
Memorial Services will be held at 5 PM, Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel, Fitzgerald, with Bunny Hutchinson officiating. Interment will be private.
Mrs. Simpson was born February 7, 1943 in Nitro, West Virginia, to the late Thelma Ivey Woodall and Melvin Dudley Moss. She was a personal care sitter for the elderly and of the Christian faith.
She moved to the Fitzgerald/Ben Hill County community in 2007 coming from Douglas.
Survivors include her husband of twenty six years, Kenneth Roger Simpson of Fitzgerald; her children, Kip Joiner of Atlanta, Janyese Joiner of Florida, Rodney Hulett of McRae and Bunny H. Hutchinson and husband Chris of Fitzgerald, Georgia; five grandchildren, Tristen Ortiz, Allison Hutchinson, Lindsey Hutchinson, Landon Hutchinson and Brooklyn Hutchinson.
Her parents preceded her in death.
