PUCCI, Elizabeth A. “Betty” 89, of Dedham, passed away peacefully at Highgate Manor on February 4, 2016. She was predeceased by her brother Dennis Martina and her sister Frances DeSantis. She is survived by her nephew and nieces; Ricardo DeSantis of Connecticut, Carla Scanzio of California, Mary Martina of Italy, Cynthia Hatch of New Hampshire,Laura Martina of Nova Scotia, Frances Gibbons of Georgia and Catherine Martina of Nova Scotia.
As a lifelong resident of Paul Street in Dedham, she was a member of St. Mary’s Sodality and also a member of the church choir. She was an avid gardener who enjoyed the outdoors and her daily walks around the neighborhood. Betty also enjoyed crocheting and made beautiful afghans for her friends and family. She will also be remembered for baking wonderful italian cookies.
Visitation at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham, Monday, September 12 from 12:00-1:00pm with a Funeral Service beginning at 1:00pm. Interment services are private.
