Embry, James H., 70, of Louisville passed away Monday, February 1, 2016 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
James was a U. S. Airforce veteran of Vietnam War and a member of V.F.W. Post #1181. He was an avid bowler, graduate of Valley High School, University of Louisville and retired as a C.P.A for the federal government.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Caroline R. (Bishop); two sisters, Marie Mullins and Pamela Cartwright; a brother, Ronald L. Embry.
Funeral services will be held Friday 10:00 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be Thursday 3:00 – 8:00 P.M.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
