In Stoughton, February 1, 2016 John Francis Bisio, Age 89, passed away following a brief illness. John was preceded in death by his wife Katherine (Morin) Bisio. He was born in Taunton, the son of the late John & Julia (Riva) Bisio. John was educated in Taunton schools and had resided all his life here. He was employed for the City of Brockton as a custodian until his retirement. John was an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan and enjoyed going to Foxwoods, playing bingo watching wrestling, westerns and spending time with his family. John leaves his children Kathleen Cox of Berkley and her late husband Ralph, Michael Bisio and his wife Laurie of N.C., Brian Bisio and his wife Dianne of Norton, Susan Stroh and her husband Darrell of Taunton and John Bisio and his wife Julia of Taunton. He also leaves his loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. John is survived by his sister Sandra Ziarko of Attleboro and the late siblings Leo Bisio, Enis Deniz, Theresa Romani and Rosie Sposini. A funeral home service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, Ma 02780 on Wed, February 10th at 11am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Tuesday from 6-8pm. Burial will be in Cedar Knoll Cemetery in East Taunton.
