HEALY, Marie T. (O’Connell), of Winthrop, passed away on February 1. 2016. She was 92. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert J. Healy Sr. Born in Boston; she was the daughter of the late William and Gertrude O’Connell. Devoted mother of Robert J. Healy Jr. of Winthrop, Lori A. ViVeiros and her husband Joseph of Wilmington and the late Marie T. Healy. Adored grandmother of Justine Healy, Tonimae Falabella, Brenna Healy and Spirit Healy. Great-grandmother of Christopher Barbarisi, Stacia and James Herd and Triston Healy. Dear sister of the late William, Edmund and John O’Connell and Geraldine Shamhart and Gertrude Benson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP, on Sat, Feb. 6, at 9am. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church-Winthrop at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment will follow in Winthrop Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held in the funeral home on Fri, from 4-8pm. Prior to her retirement, Marie was employed by New England Telephone Co. as an Operator.
