Karen J. LaBella passed away at home on Sunday January 31 in the company of a loving family. She was 61. Raised in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Louis J. and Alma (Bento) Ciampa. A graduate of Medford High School with the class of 1972, Karen was devoted to her family and friends. She worked for many years as an activities assistant at the Park Avenue Nursing Home in Arlington. She was a dedicated wife, mother and proud grandmother who enjoyed time with her friends and family.

The beloved wife of Louis R. LaBella, she was a devoted mother to Louis C. LaBella of Wilmington and Michael LaBella and his wife Tori of Florida. She leaves her cherished grandson Dante LaBella. The dear sister of the late Louis G. Ciampa, she also leaves her dear nieces, nephews, cousins and her special cousin Jo-Ann Lanzafane who cared for her during her illness.

Family and friends may visit at the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St., Medford, Wednesday, February 3rd from 4 thru 8 PM and again on Thursday morning at 10, followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford at 11 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
