FALL RIVER … Susan M. Tessier, 56, of Fall River passed away Friday, January 29, 2016, at her home.
She was born in Fall River a daughter of Alice (Rapoza) Tessier of Fall River and the late Francis Tessier and had lived in the Fall River area most of her life.
She was a communicant of St. Anne’s Church, Fall River.
She was formerly employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Rhode Island Veteran’s Home in Bristol, RI.
Susan enjoyed crocheting, loved walking and spending time with her grandchildren.
Along with her mother, survivors include a son: Michael Marchand of Somerset, a daughter: Andrea Rodrigues of Warren, RI, 3 brothers: Gary Tessier of Whitman, Brian Tessier, and Glenn Medeiros both of Fall River, 2 sisters: Paula Tessier of Tiverton, RI, and Janice Tessier of Fall River, 3 grandchildren: Marcus Rodrigues and Aeryal Rodrigues both of Warren, Brielle Marchand of Somerset, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday at 9 AM from the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555Pleasant Street, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Anne’s Church, 818 Middle Street, Fall River. Calling hours will be Tuesday 5 - 8PM.
