Obituary

Mrs. Robin M. (Rogo) Rafferty, a resident of Andover for over 20 years, formerly of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and beloved wife of John E. Rafferty, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, January 28, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer, at her home, with family members present.
Born in Milwaukee on June 20, 1961, she was the beloved daughter of the late Robert and Jacqueline “Jacqui” (Payton) Rogo. She had been employed by a regional insurance company in Milwaukee as an underwriter and served as an insurance broker for many years. After moving to the Boston area, she worked at The Weiner Company.
Besides her beloved husband, John, she is survived by her loving siblings; James “Jimmy” Rogo of Wisconsin, Daniel Rogo of Tampa, Florida and Patrick Rogo, Therse “Teri” Rogo and Elizabeth “Betsy” and her husband Mike Turner, all of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; mother-in-law, Ruthann Rafferty of Haverhill; sister-in-law Mary Burt and her husband Bill Burt of North Andover; Dr. Thomas Rafferty and his wife Cheryl Rafferty of Montclair, NJ, Joseph Rafferty and his wife Karen Rafferty of Aldie, VA, Martha Rafferty of Andover, James Rafferty of Beverly, Emily Webster and her husband Dr. Mark Webster of North Andover; nieces and nephews, Danielle, Taylor, Patrick, Jr. and his wife Allison, Jonathan and Kaylen and his wife Claire Rogo and Owen, Abigail, Charlie and Robert Turner and Carly, Benjamin, Logan, Simon, Hayden, Jordan, Brandon, Coleman and Matthew Rafferty and Andrew and Ryan Cadigan, and Julia and Kyle Webster, and Michael Caswell and Maxwell Burt, and great niece Ella Rogo.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Augustine Church, 43 Essex Street, Andover, on Monday, February 1, 2016, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Calling hours will be held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover, on Sunday, January 31, 2016, from 2 to 6 p.m. Interment will be held in the St. Augustine Cemetery in Andover.
