Obituary

Laconia-----Amy Judith Fischer, 69, of 175 Blueberry Lane died on Friday, January 22, 2016 at Lakes Region General Hospital.
Amy was born in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Louis and Helen (Hershik) Robbins. She was a resident of the Laconia area for over forty years.
Amy worked as a nurse’s aide for a number of years. She loved music, playing card games and working on art projects. She was known for her sense of humor.
Amy is survived by three sons; Joshua Perry of Mt. Pleasant , SC, and Matthew and Seth Perry both of Saco, ME; two granddaughters, Cordelia and Savannah; two nephews, Martin and Jesse Robbins, of Cranston, RI and two nieces, Miriam Gamache and Celia Winfield both of Providence, RI and a sister-in-law, Maureen Robbins of Providence, RI.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 1:30pm at the Laconia Rehabilitation Center, 175 Blueberry Lane, Laconia, NH, Cantor Melody Funk, from Temple B’nai Israel will officiate.
For those who wish, the family suggests that memorial donations may be made to the Temple B’nai Israel, 210 Court Street, Laconia NH 03246.
