Florence F. Belisle 93, of Front St., died January 12, 2016 at Oakland Grove Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late Walter S. Belisle. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Aurore (Desaulniers) Goyette. Florence worked for Tupperware in the maintenance department for over twenty five years, retiring thirty one years ago. She was a volunteer at the Woonsocket Senior Center for twenty five years. Florence was a Eucharistic Minister at Precious Blood Church.
Florence is survived by her son Paul L. Fournier and his companion Carol Nash of Romulus, NY and daughter Lea A. Berard and her husband Marc of Woonsocket, two grandchildren Paul Fournier and his wife Sherri and Philip Giguere, and three great-grandchildren Philip and Julea Giguere and Kayleigh Fournier. She was also the sister of the late Leo Goyette, and Adeline Brouillard.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Precious Blood Church, Carrington St. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone. Visiting hours will be held Sunday 2:00 – 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Woonsocket Senior Citizens Center, 84 Social St. Woonsocket, RI 02895 in her memory would be appreciated.
