Elaine R. Freeman, 77 of Chelsea, died at home January 5, surrounded by her family. Born in Everett the daughter of the late Israel and Fannie (Gerson) Katz. She was employed as a receptionist with the Chelsea Provident Bank for 25 years prior to retirement. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and sister who enjoyed her spending time with her family, she will be deeply missed. She is survived by her son Glenn Freeman of Topsfield and her daughter Cheryl Freeman of Chelsea her grandchildren Christopher Laborta and Brian Laborta and her sister Annette Kagan and her husband Michael of Springfield. Graveside services Thursday January 7th at 10:30 AM in the Pride of Lynn Cemetery, Lakeshore Road, Lynn.
