Obituary

Anne C. (Czarnik) Kulaga went home to the Lord on December 18, 2015. At the time of her death, she had been a resident at Academy Manor in Andover, Massachusetts.
Anne was born in Manchester, New Hampshire on August 2, 1919, to Jakob and Juryna (Gula) Czarnik.
She is survived by her siblings; Joseph Czarnecki of Manchester, Fredrick Czarnec of Orlando, Florida, Walter Czarnec of Holliston, Massachusetts, Richard Czarnec of Chester, New Hampshire, Julia Carrington of Vacaville, California, Jean Swindler of Spokane, Washington, Stashia Schofield of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Anne was predeceased by her parents, Jakob and Juryna Czarnik, brother Michael Czarnec, and sisters, Josephine Reynolds and Amelia and Stella Czarnecki. Anne's family would like to especially thank her private and personal caregiver, Madeline Rivera, for the wonderful and loving care she gave to Anne.
Her funeral service were privately held in the Burke-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 390 North Main Street, Andover. Burial will be privately held at a later date in the VA National Cemetery in Bourne along side her husband Colonel Fred Kulaga.
In lieu of flowers, donations are being asked to be sent to the Alzheimer Association Headquarters, 225 N. Michigan Avenue, Floor 17, Chicago, Illinois 60601.
