Cora E. (Corlito) Prisco passed away peacefully at the Blueberry Hill Nursing Home in Beverly on December 12, 2015. She was 84 years old.
Cora was born and raised in Chelsea, MA. She was a resident of West Peabody for 50 years and was the caretaker for 20 years at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
Cora was the Beloved mother of Michael Prisco of Malden. She was the dear sister of Delores McKensie, Rosemary Florio, Barbara Florio and the late Anthony and Eugene Corlito, Virginia Patelle and Patricia Newbury. Cora was the cherished grandmother of Michael Prisco and his wife Linda of Woburn and Matthew Prisco and his fiancé Ashley of Tewksbury. She was the great grandmother of Gianna and Drew Prisco. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home on Wednesday December 16th at 10:15a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of the Assumption Church 758 Salem Street, Lynnfield at 11:30a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday December 15th from 4-8p.m. Interment will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
