Kathleen M. (Madden) Herrington passed away on November 30, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 63 years old.
Kathleen was born and raised in South Boston and was a longtime resident of Everett.
Kathleen was the devoted wife of 39 years to David Herrington. She was the beloved mother of Kimberly DiLeva and her husband Kris of Wilmington, Kevin Herrington of Everett, and Megan Herrington of Everett. Kathleen is pre deceased by 2 sisters and 4 brothers. She was the cherished grandmother of Julie and Luke DiLeva. Kathleen was the loving aunt of Kelly Tinlin-Nee (BPD) and best friend of Betty Spitz-Manganiello. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Saturday December 5th at 9:00a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Anthony of Padua Church 38 Oakes Street, Everett at 10:00a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday December 4th from 4-8p.m. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
