...U.S.A.F. Korean War Veteran; 82
TEWKSBURY - Paul Brenton Moulaison, age 82, a Korean War veteran, died peacefully on Monday, Nov. 23, at his Tewksbury home, in the loving care of his family, following a long period of declining health. He was the beloved husband of Marjory A. (Todd) Moulaison, with whom he had celebrated a fifty-ninth wedding anniversary this past June 3rd.
He was born in Charlestown, in February 1933, one of seven children of the late Leander and Ada (Fontaine) Moulaison. He was raised in Charlestown, and graduated Charlestown High School with the Class of 1951. He enlisted into the U.S.A.F. served in Okinawa, Japan during the Korean War, and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. He and his wife started their family in Somerville before moving to Tewksbury in 1965.
Paul worked in the shipping and receiving department of Revere Sugar for over twenty-eight years, and eventually retired from the shipping and receiving department of the Kevlen company in Wilmington.
While raising his family he was active in Tewksbury Congregational Troop 47 of the Boy Scouts of America.
Paul and his family cherished the time they were able to spend together at their summer place at Little Ossipee Lake in Waterboro, Maine.
Besides his wife, he leaves six children, Paul R. Moulaison and his partner Tiffany Nigro of Willis, GA, Karen J. Lessard and her husband David of Bloomington, IN, Kenneth M. Moulaison and his wife Cheryl, John A. Moulaison and his wife Kym all of Tewksbury, Frances M. McEvoy and her husband Walter of Amesbury, Jackie Mulrain and her partner Frank Tusa of Peabody; 11 grandchildren, Lindsay, Thomas, Stephen, Jimmy, Laura, Kenneth Jr., Eric, Gerry, Jillian, Andrew, and Katlyn; five great grandchildren, Hendrick, Jack, Aiden, Lilly and Connor; a brother-in-law, Louis Schneider of Somerville; sisters-in-law, Geraldine Stanton of S.C. and Penny Todd of Litchfield, NH; many nieces and nephews; and was predeceased by his siblings, Gerald, Julia, Alan “Bub” and Clark Moulaison, Eleanor Fitzpatrick, and Madeline Schneider.
Memorial visiting hours will be held Saturday, November 28, from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. in the Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey and 975 Main Sts. (Rte. 38) Tewksbury Center, Ph..
