Derek Scott McCarthy a resident of Somerville, formerly of Taunton passed away on the evening of November 19, 2015 at Massachusetts General Hospital. Mr. McCarthy was 37 years old. Derek was a loving son, brother and friend. He will be loved and cherished by all who knew him.
