Salvatore Lauria of Saugus died on Wednesday, November 18 in Tuscon, Arizona. Raised and educated in Boston's North End and Medford, he was the son of the late Antonio and Giuseppina (Pagono) Lauria. Salvatore proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War, after which he was employed as an electrical engineer.

He was the beloved husband of the late Angela (Catalano) Lauria and the devoted father of John Lauria and his wife Joanne of Andover, Paul Lauria and his wife Patricia of Lynn, Eugene Lauria and his wife Kiriaki of Tuscon, Arizona. Salvatore was the loving grandfather of Janell, Nicole, Kristin, Matthew, Daniel and Michael, and brother of the late Joseph, Mary, Josephine, Larry (Biaggio), Tina and Frank. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Tuesday, November 24, at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday, November 23 from 4 through 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
