FALL RIVER … Ana M. (Carlos) Costa, 54, of Fall River died at home Saturday, November 14, 2015. She was the wife of Carlos Costa of Fall River. She was born in Bretanha, St. Michael, Azores a daughter of the late Jose and Adelaide (Travassos) Carlos and had lived in Fall River since 1979. She was a Communicant of Espirito Santo Church, Alden Street.
Ana enjoyed playing with her iPod, talking with friends and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, a daughter Stephanie Costa, 4 sons: Kenneth Costa, Scotty Costa, Carlos Costa, Jr, and Domingos Maroco all of Fall River, 4 brothers: Laudalino Carlos of Canada, Antonio Carlos of Fall River, Jose Eduardo Carlos of Canada, Dimas Carlos of St. Michael, Azores, 5 grandchildren: Sacred, Christian, Serenity, Kennedi, and Ariah, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday at 8AM from the SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant Street, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9AM at Espirito Santo Church, Alden Street, Fall River. Interment is in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be Wednesday 5 - 8 PM.
