Dartmouth – Margarida DaSilva Jacques, age 47, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the loving wife of Joseph A. Jacques and the daughter of Maria Aldora Dutra (DaSilva) and Duarte Miguel Botelho. A lifelong resident of this area, Mrs. Jacques devoted her life to the upbringing of her loving family.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph A Jacques, of Dartmouth; her parents, Maria Aldora da Silva and Duarte M. Botelho, both of New Bedford 2 sons, Joseph A Jacques, Jr. of Dartmouth, and Jarred Stone of New Bedford; granddaughter, Paris Ann Stone; 6 siblings: George Botelho, Maria V. Marden, Paula Z. Briggs, Rosa M. Botelho, Betty J. Medeiros and Maria F. Snow; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Margaridas visiting hours will take place on Wednesday November 11, 2015 from 5-8 P.M. at Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. in New Bedford, Ma Cremation to follow.
