Barbara A. Ruscitti passed away peacefully at the Kaplan Family Hospice House of Danvers. She was 74. The cherished daughter of the late Leonard "Len Russ" and Josephine (Spera) Ruscitti, she was born and raised in Medford. Barbara enjoyed spending time being surrounded by her family and friends. However, her greatest joy was to be the best aunt to her nieces and nephew and to cherish the time that she spent with them making lasting memories. She also enjoyed traveling with the occasional visit to Las Vegas.


Barbara is the beloved sister of Kathleen Ruscitti of Medford, Patricia D'Antona and husband Bruce of Everett, and the late Shirley Vinciarelli formerly of Revere. The loving aunt of Frederick Ferragamo of Revere, Patricia Antar of Florida, Barbara Coleman of Revere and Gabrielle D'Antona of Everett, she is also survived by 5 dear great-nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford Thursday at 10 AM. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit Wednesday 4 thru 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford
