Obituary

AnnMarie (Walsh) Sheehan of East Bridgewater, died unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, October 31, 2015. She was 77. Born, raised and educated in Brockton, she was the daughter of Harold and Christine (Ganley) Walsh. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Paul Sheehan and their children, Timothy Sheehan and his wife Kristine of Plymouth and Doreen Kohl and her husband Christopher of East Bridgewater. AnnMarie also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren. She was “Nana” to Brendan, Courtney and Nicole Sheehan and Connor Kohl. She was the sister to Andrew Ward of Arizona and Christine Burrell of Scituate and aunt to many nieces and nephews.
AnnMarie loved spending time with her grandchildren and attended many of their school activities and sporting events. She also loved animals, crossword puzzles and baking. She was known by friends and family for her famous chocolate chip cookies. AnnMarie was a kind and generous soul and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Visiting hours will be held at the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton on Wednesday from 4-7PM. A service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10AM followed by burial in the Massachusetts National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the MSPCA/Angell Memorial, 1300 West Elm Street Ext., Brockton, MA 02301.
