Almeida, Manuel, 91 of Plymouth passed away at the Life Care Center of Plymouth on October 29. Beloved husband of Demity ( Costa ) Almeida of Plymouth. Father of Anthony Louis Almeida of Plymouth and Christine Marie Almeida Bourgault of Plymouth. Brother of George and Louis of Plymouth, and Delmina Luz of Carver. Grandfather of Joseph Romano III great grandfather of Anthony C. Romano and Dominic R. Romano. He also leaves many Nieces and Nephews.
Manuel was born in Plymouth and attended Plymouth Schools. Manuel severed in the U.S. Army during WWII and took part in the Battle of the Bulge. Manuel was an Auto Body Repair Technician and an avid fisherman.
A Graveside Service will be held at Vine Hills Cemetery on Wednesday November 4 at 11:30 AM. There are no visiting hours Donations in Manuel’s memory may be made to Cranberry Hospice 36 Cordage Park Circle Suite 326, Plymouth, MA 02360.
