O'NEAL, Raymond W. Of Franklin, formerly of Needham, October 28th. Beloved husband of Sarah "Sadie" (McGonagle) O'Neal for 53 years. Devoted father of Evelyn A. Peters and her husband John of Franklin. Grandfather of Michael Peters of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Evan Peters of Attleboro. Brother of Charles "Bud" O'Neal of Weymouth and the late Loretta Cefalo, Mabel Matherwiez, John and Lawrence O'Neal. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ray was a retired employee of the Needham DPW. Former usher at St. Joseph's Church and member of the Needham K of C #1611 and life member of the Brighton Elks #2199.
