Preceded in death by husband John. Survived by daughter Tara Burns; nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, friends & neighbors. A very creative person, she made stained glass, lampworking/beadwork & fiber art. Her generosity included charity work and being an active leader in her neighborhood watch. Phyllis was loved & will be greatly missed. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday (10/14) 11:30 AM at ST. MARY OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake, with visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Special thank you to HealthEast Hospice & her nurse Melissa for their awesome care. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Open Arms MN or Bridging.
