Crockett, Charlie, 83, of Louisville passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015 at his home.
Charlie was a U. S. Navy veteran of Korea War, and a member of St Louis Bertrand Catholic Church. He retired as a machinist from Alcan Aluminum.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Shirley May Crockett.
Survivors include his nine children, Charles E, Crockett, Laurie G. Pina, Mark R. Crockett, Danny L. Crockett, Kevin L. Crockett, Matthew D. Crockett, James A. Crockett, John P. Crockett & Barbara J. Dwyer; a sister, Naomi Davis; a brother, Paul Crockett; 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held Monday 9:30 A.M. at St Louis Bertrand Catholic Church, 1104 South Sixth Street with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday 1:00-8:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Memorial gifts may be made to St Joseph Orphanage.
