Andrew Della Pelle, of Medford passed away peacefully on October 1, 2015 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was 88.

Andrew was a US Navy veteran of WWII. Following his honorable discharge he completed high school. Andrew continued his education at Bently University where he majored in accounting. After graduation, Andrew worked as an accountant and later retired from the Della Pelle, Quigley & Raimo firm.

Andrew was a caring man and enjoyed life. A devoted family man, he was the beloved husband of Christina (Lombardi) and the late Antonina (Bagarella) Della Pelle who pre deceased him in death in 1981. Devoted father of Peter Della Pelle and his wife Patricia of Melrose, Francis Della Pelle of Myrtle Beach, SC, Charlene Vasquez and her husband Stephan of Malden, Josephine Belville and her husband Paul of Mirror Lake, NH, Catherine Buckley and her husband Timothy Atkinson of Stoneham. Andrew was the step-father of Lynda Fucci and her husband Michael of Northborough and Frank Larrabee and his wife Ana of Medford. Dear brother of Mario Della Pelle and his late wife Josephine. Loving grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He was the son of the late Pierno and Cologera (Baudanza) Della Pelle.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Monday, October, 5th at 9 AM. Followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 10 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit on Sunday from 4 – 8 PM.
