FALL RIVER… Frank Winchoba, 93, of Fall River passed away September 14th at St. Anne’s Hospital.
Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late Vincent and Mary (Przybyla) Winchoba.
Mr. Winchoba served in the United States Army during World War II, earning the bronze medal for bravery and the Purple Heart. He worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for many years prior to his retirement.
Survivors include his step daughter: Bonnie Jennings Shackelton, a sister: Mary Isherwood, 7 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. He was father of the late Timothy Jennings, and Donna Jennings and brother of the late Lottie, Walter and John.
Graveside Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held at 11AM on Monday at the Pleasant Street Cemetery, Raynham. Arrangements are entrusted to Boyko Memorial Funeral Home, 709 Broadway, Fall River.
