Maureen L. (Miele) Klein, 71, of Seabrook, NH passed away on Thursday, September 17th at Lawrence General Hospital. She was the beloved wife of 8 years to Mike L. Klein.


She was born in New York, New York, daughter of Mauro and Elizabeth (Tutella) Miele. She was a graduate of St. Clemens School and took some college courses to get certification in planning.


Maureen worked at Lucent Technologies many years as a production planner. She also served on the board of the Merrimack Valley Credit Union for more than 25 years.


Maureen loved cooking and entertaining for family and friends, spending time with her sister, and especially enjoying her grandchildren.


A devoted mother, she is survived by her children Tracie Durant and her husband Todd and their children, Brittany, Kelsey and Abigail of Hampstead, NH and Kim LeFave and her husband Richard and their children Jacob and Nathaniel of Exeter, NH and Renee Parent and her fiancé Gerry Vass of Groveland. Dear sister of Delores Meli and her husband Joe of N. Reading. She was preceded in death by her brother Maurice Miele of CA.


Her funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 22nd in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street, Medford, MA 02155 at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit on Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford.
