Mr. Larry C. Garnham, of Taunton, died unexpectedly Saturday, September 12 at his residence. He was the beloved husband of Christine L. (Cowen) Garnham. He was born 52 years ago in Alexandria, Va., the son of Joyce (Laughery) Garnham and the late Niles Garnham. He was educated in Scottsville, N.Y., and had been a Taunton resident for over 20 years. Larry was formerly a self-employed repairman. He enjoyed watching the New York Jets play football, fishing and riding his motorcycle.
In addition to his wife, of Taunton, and mother, of New York, he leaves: 2 sons: Jyi Garnham and Nicholas Garnham, both of Taunton; 1 daughter: Tiffany Garnham of Taunton; 3 sisters: Sherry Hanna, Wendy Tabone, and Shannon Quinlan, all of New York; a grandson: Xavier Doyle of Taunton; his best friend, who was like a brother, Felix Gonzales of Taunton, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Larry was also the father of the late Larry Garnham, Jr. and Jared Garnham, and the brother of the late Gerald Garnham.
A Visitation will be held at The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home, 467 Bay Street, on Friday, September 18, from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
