Albert E. Smith age 88 of Canton passed away September 13th at the All American Assisted Living in Hanson. Born and raised in Walpole, he graduated from Walpole High School and served in the Coast Guard during WW II. He previously lived in Hyde Park before moving to Canton in 1976. He worked as a Plumber for the New England Medical Center for many years before retiring. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy L. (Pagington). Father of Cherilyn Driscoll and her husband William of East Bridgewater, Scott Smith and his wife Susan of Easton and the late Darlene McEnany. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral service at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Tuesday at 11 am. Visiting hours omitted. Burial Norfolk Cemetery. | |||||
