Passed away peacefully at home on August 28, 2015. Enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing cribbage. Skilled artist, specifically in carving. Ken loved spending time with his family and friends. Preceded in death by mother, Myrtle Kuehn Griffen; father, Oscar; step-father, Harry Griffen; brothers, Donald, Randall; and by sister, Dorothy Hardenbrook. Survived by wife, Jacquelyn “Jay”; children, Keith (Michelle), Cheryl (Charles) Buhman, Shawn Marie (Bill) Spreigl; grandkids, Courtney, Alexandra (Miguel), Christopher, Keiryn, Kenneth, Anna Marie; great-grandkids, Amelia, Hailie, Anthony, Hunter, Baby Schultz; sister-in-law, Sophie; and by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service 10:30 AM Thurs. (9/3) at Christ Lutheran Church, 2475 17th Ave E, North St. Paul. Visitation 5-8 PM Wed. at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 7th Ave E, North St. Paul and also 1 hr prior to the time of the service on Thurs at the church. Memorials preferred.
