Maria E. (Giacchetto) Signorino of Winchester died on Saturday, August 29, at Winchester Hospital. Born and raised in Cambridge, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Nancy (DiBiase) Giacchetto.

Maria was the beloved wife of Santo Signorino and the devoted mother of Marc-Anthony Signorino and his wife Kelli of Alexandria, VA. She was the loving grandmother of Alexandra Signorino, cherished sister of Dr. John Giacchetto and his wife Lynne of Norwich, CT, the late Charles Giacchetto, and sister-in-law of Silvana Signorino of Medford, Aldo Signorino of Las Vegas, NV, Paula Neuner and her husband Rick of Saugus.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Tuesday, September 1, at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday, August 31 from 4 through 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
