Sarah Olivia Goddard
Augusta, GA – Mrs. Sarah Olivia Goddard, 77, entered into rest on Friday, August 21, 2015.
Mrs. Goddard was a member of Evans First Baptist Church. She enjoyed planting flowers and had quite the talented green thumb. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.
Family members include her children: Mike Goddard and wife Janet, Sherry Stephens and Donny Hammonds, Chris Goddard and wife Tammy, Patrick Goddard, and Tony Goddard; grandchildren: Tiffany, Nikki, Christopher, Heather, Kyle, Ryan, Bralyn, and Bryson; 10 step grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and loving canine companion: Tink. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert Jones and Annie Bell Jones Burkhalter, and sisters, Jackie and Pauline.
A memorial service will be Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Rick Jowers and Rev. William Tolbert officiating. The family will receive friends at the home of Sherry Stephens following the service.
