Kathleen M. (Fagan) Palli 64, of Bellingham and formerly of Natick, died Monday, August 10, 2015 at the Blair house in Milford.
She was the beloved wife of Thomas A. Palli sharing 42 years of marriage.
A Bellingham resident for 37 years she was born in Cambridge the daughter of the late Henry and Marie (Williams) Fagan.
Kathleen was a dedicated teacher in the History and Gifted and Talented program at Franklin High School for years 34 retiring in 2007.
She was a member of the Massachusetts Teachers Association, the National Education Association, the Franklin Education Association, and was a member of the Who’s Who among American Teacher’s.
Mrs. Palli coached Bellingham Youth Basketball, and started the Pass, Punt and Kick Fundraiser for the Bellingham Pop Warner Football Program.
She loved to travel, read books, listen to music, ride with her husband in their beautiful classic 1968 Dodge Charger, eat in old diner’s, getting her nails manicured and painted, and her two cats Ginger and Patches.
Kathleen received her Master’s degree in Education from Fitchburg State, her Bachelor’s Degree from Framingham State College and Associate degree from Green Mountain College.
She attended Elizabeth Seton High School in Wellesley and graduated from Natick High School class of 1969.
In addition to her husband she is survived her son Ryan T. Palli and his fiancé Megan Balder of Dartmouth, brothers Timothy Fagan of San Diego CA, Brian Fagan of Burlington VT, nieces and nephew Lisa M McGaffigan ,Kevin Flaherty, Rachel Rainbolt, Cassandra Grima and several grand nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday August 13 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. in the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street, at Natick Common.
Burial will be private.
