Alba R. Ranzino, age 67, of Medford passed away peacefully August 2nd, following a lengthy illness. Born in Mirabella Eclano, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Michele and Caterina (Guarino) Bruno.

Alba came to United States in 1955 as a young girl with her family and settled in the North End of Boston. She moved to Medford following her marriage and soon brought two beautiful and loving children into the world. Alba worked for a short time but was mostly devoted to her family and caring for their every need. She enjoyed nothing more than taking care of her home, spending time with her family, and making sure her family was always provided for.

Alba was the beloved wife of Anthony S. Ranzino Sr. of Medford. Devoted mother of Julie Howard and her loving companion John DeVito of Medford, Anthony S. Ranzino Jr. and his wife Rhonda of Pelham, NH. She was the loving grandmother of Justin and Janelle Howard, Logan and Kahlen Palumbo. Cherished sister of Antonietta Fiore and her husband Joe, Eleanor Wright and her husband John, Columbia Pace and her husband Danny, all of Medford. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Wednesday, August 5th, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Tuesday, from 4 thru 8 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
