Edward L. “Squeaky” Hrycin, 89, of Fall River passed July 28, 2015 at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
He was the husband of Joan (Seaman) Hrycin of Fall River.
Edward was born in Fall River. He was a son of the late Stanislaus Hryciw who was born in Ukraine and Agnes (Grebla) Hryciw who was born in Poland.
Mr. Hrycin proudly served as a Merchant Marine for 11 years. He was a Pipefitter until he retired in 1992. He enjoyed gardening, sports, traveling, cooking, scratch tickets, Foxwoods, and most of all, spending time with his family.
Along with his wife, survivors include 3 daughters: Susan Marcone and her husband Ralph of Medford, Joyce Botelho and her husband Michael of Fall River, Merrianne Terranova and her husband Joseph of Medford, 6 Grandchildren: James, Sarah, Zachery, Caleb, Arielle and Dominick.
Private services are under the direction of the BOYKO MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 709 Broadway, Fall River. Burial will be private.
