Jeannette McCarron, 72, of Derry, NH passed away Sunday, July 26, 2015 at the Parkland Medical Center, Derry surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 28, 1942 in Boston, MA, a daughter of the late Daniel and Stella (Wolbourn) O’Meara. She was raised and educated in Boston, and graduated from the Gate of Heaven High School in South Boston. Jeannette enjoyed trips to Foxwoods and playing Bingo. Her greatest joy was the time spent with her family.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Kenneth McCarron of Derry, one daughter, Ann Marie McCoole of Derry, one son Kenneth McCarron and his wife Charlene of Deerfield, NH, five grandchildren, Christopher, Ryleigh, Casey, Allyson and Gillian, one great granddaughter, Stella, as well as many nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, a Liturgy of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 31, 2015 at 10:00am in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Avenue, Derry. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital, 313 Washington St #310, Newton, MA 02458.
