Mrs. Eva C. (Carvalho) Robinson, of Taunton, died Sunday, July 19 in Taunton Nursing Home following a period of failing health. She was the beloved wife of the late Wendell Robinson. She was born 92 years ago in Taunton, the daughter of the late Mariano and Mary (Cavine) Carvalho. Eva was educated in Taunton and had been a lifelong city resident. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed as an inspector for Augat, Inc. of Attleboro for a number of years. Eva enjoyed singing in the choir of the former St. Joseph’s Church in Taunton.
She was the mother of the late Pamela Scanlon. Eva leaves her dear friends, Lawrence and Kristi Bradshaw and their family.
Funeral services and interment will be private. Visiting Hours are respectfully omitted. Arrangments are under the direction of The Riendeau-Mulvey Funeral Home of Taunton.
