BOSTON … Francisco J. Rivera, 26, of Fall River passed away, on Tuesday July 14, 2015.
He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico a son of Carlos Rivera and Liduvina Huertas and had lived in this area since 2003. He enjoyed singing, dancing, joking, karate movies and most importantly being a father.
Survivors include his parents, a companion Ashley Sylvia, a Son: Francisco J. Rivera Jr. and Matthew Reynolds both of New Bedford, a Daughter: Aurore A. Rivera of New Bedford, 2 Brothers: Carlos A. Rivera of Fall River, Alexander Bermudez Huertas of New Bedford, 2 sisters: Meraris Rivera of Woonsocket RI, Magielette Hudson of Fall River, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Monday at 9 AM at SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption, Second Street, Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be Sunday from 5-8PM.
