Dr. Oksana Kuzyk of Norwood and Roslindale, a retired dentist, died peacefully July 14, 2015 after a brief illness. She was 70 years old.
Formerly of Lviv and Truskavetz, Ukraine. Loving mother of Dr. Anna Dalavurak of Canton. Grandmother of Katerina Dalavurak of Boston and former wife of Miron Gulyashchiy.
